White Ink

White InkLighter inks – especially white ink – is usually hard to “get in” the skin and use for highlighting. You have to make sure it’s in solid, possibly making more than 1 pass. White ink is subtle – in almost all cases but the color of the skin can make a difference – with surprisingly-artists are saying that pale skinned customers actually display these tattoos better.  Celebrities are starting to get these so you know that regular people will be clamoring for them soon.

I want to start a website and I have no idea how. It has to be free and relatively simple, and I want other people to be able to comment on articles/pictures. Any suggestions?.
