Have you ever heard of the opinion that people should not be allowed to have children unless they were prequalified? Pass some type of “common sense” test that could determine if you have the brain capacity to care for another human life without fucking it up. Now we can expand on that to testing the friends of the potential parent. A twenty year old Louisville man by the name of Lee M. Derrick decided it was a great idea to place a tattoo on the rear end of a poor one year old kid that was visiting his home. Authorities have charged Derrick with a felony child endangering charge which means he is facing up to five years in the big house. I can almost guarantee he won’t get jail time but maybe this will illustrate to other morons out there that tattooing a toddler is not the best idea. The girls’ sixteen year old Aunt was present but I is not being charged. The police said that the mother did not grant permission for the tattoo and wasn’t present at the time. Deitrick was taken to the Stark County Jail under a probation hold.

Uhhh…so the Aunt takes her niece to get a tattoo…but only the tattoo artist goes to jail…hmmm no one sees anything wrong with allowing the Aunt to go scott free? Hello? The child was in her custody, it was probably her idea.
