Teemu Hakala

I was recently browsing some old tattoo magazines I had laying around – like 3 years old old – and found this artist’s work and I was so glad I did. I have not heard much about thiis guy – or maybe his name is tough for me to remember – but he has a unique style of his own that is vibrant with a very large bold outline and bright colors where color is applied. His Koi work gives the effect of the fish coming off of the surface of the skin.
He recently opened up his own shop Black Label in Canada and business is good. I was unable to grab any photos of his work from his site but give him a visit and you’ll be able to see the photo gallery he has.
