My idea of this term would be a large group of people including one acquaintance on the scene, tattoo gun ready to rip some tats for the party goers. The momentum is going and you are surrounded by your buds.For me, this would probably never happen. For one thing, isn’t there a chance the artist has been downing a couple? How sanitary is the environment? Not ideal I’d guess. I’ve seen a couple of tats produced on these circumstances – and they were far from great. Stick with the professional setting.
