Flash Your Tattoo

Panama City recently passed an ordinance saying that tattoo and piercing establishments must stay outside 1000 feet of schools, parks, churches or other body art studios. Apparently, the Tattoo Tabernacle, a church based around the belief that tattoos make the skin sacred, is in violation of this ordinance. However, they say they would rather pay the fine and politely defy the ordinance in order to stand up for their beliefs
