To make matters worse, the whole procedure was video taped and someone decided to unanimously mail it to the local cops. The police are actively investigating the incident and expect to lay charges soon. Although the video doesn’t capture the faces of the suspects, it does show their hands and arms. The hands and arms are covered in many very distinctive tattoos that will help the police.
The penalty for a first offense could include a maximum $25,000 fine or a maximum of one year in jail or both. I say lock them all up for stupidity.

I agree that he shouldn’t have been doing it, but if the procedure went fine… then he did better than many doctors would have.
I know a girl who had her labia taken down (by a doctor) and is NOT satisfied with the results.
She could have done it better herself.
A license to practice medicine doesn’t meen that the holder of said license knows what they are doing.
