The Queen of Hearts is an establishment that claims to be the oldest tattoo shop in Tennessee and has it’s own unique appeal. In addition to offering permanent cosmetics such as permanent eyeliner and eyebrows, they are experienced and certified in paramedical tattooing – including scar work, burn victims, pigmentation issues, breast cancer survivors work, hair strokes in eyebrows or scalp, cleft palates or lip design work.
