Prison Tattoo Parlors

Prison TattoosI was flipping through my old magazines and read an interesting article about a program in Canada where the plan was to add tattoo parlors in 6 big prisons – The pilot program was designed to curb the rapid spread of HIV and hepatitis C among Canadian inmates. Tattoo parlors with sterile needles were set up at six prisons for a one-year trial period that ended Sept. 30.  Unfortunately, conservatives axed the program – my thoughts are that, not only was it a good idea as far as health concerns, but also, teaching a very viable trade – I’ve seen some GREAT prison tattoos (and crappy ones) – but they were done on the sly, in a hurry, and with inferior materials but some were very good quality -
OH, well – another good idea shot down by conservatives -!!!

With havin so much written content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright violation? My website has a lot of completely unique content I’ve either written myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement. Do you know any methods to help prevent content from being stolen? I’d genuinely appreciate it.
