Parents Tattoo Their Kids

Georgia parents are being charged with child cruelty charges after they tattooed six of their children with a home made device made with plastic pen and a guitar string. Patty “Jo Jo” Marsh and Jacob Edward Bartels used the primitive machine to ink the children, aged 10 to 17. The police believe the same needle was used for tattooing all the children.
These parents of the year say they’ve done nothing wrong and do not understand why everyone is in such an uproar about the whole incident. Said they’d never harm the kids and that the kids asked for the tattoos so they were just fulfilling the kid’s wishes.
The parents marked the kids with small black crosses placed on the area the lies between the index finger and their thumbs. One child also had a tattoo that said “Mama & Dad”. Tattooing minors is illegal in Georgia – and hopefully all states to protect kids from parents like these.
These two were reported by the biological mother of “some” of the brood. She called the cops once she realized the marks would not wash off.
Chattooga County Sheriff John Everett said “We’ve never seen anything, or heard of anything like this, in the surrounding counties, or anywhere”.
