Liorcifer – it evokes your curiosity just based on the name of this artist. He was recently listed as one of the top 100 artist by Skin Deep and after viewing his work one his website – Liorcifer.com. He began his tattoo career in his native country of Israel. He did his first apprenticeship there but eventually landed in Queens New York. Then he had the opportunity to do his second apprenticeship under the King of Horror – Paul Booth. Liorcifer’s work is dark and the emphasis is on horror – although I love this Escher piece also. He specializes in black and grey. When you view his portfolio you can see the Paul Booth influence for sure. After finishing his apprenticeship, he worked at Last Rites Tattoo for 6 years.
