Judy Parker is a respected and famous tattoo artist, specializing in sea life, produces quality flash, and owns her own shop in California. I was fortunate enough to watch her put a great rendition of a mermaid on this young guy’s thigh and lower leg. Because she loves sea related images, she was offering an ultra cheap price of $250.00 to anyone that let her do a mermaid! Freehand and so fantastic. She is one of my favorites, although she doesn’t seem to promote herself much on the web. Tattoo Johnny’s sells her flash.

I just wanted to let u know about a tatoo u did on me in the mid to late 90 at a convention in Atlanta, GA of a lady on a unicorn on my chest still gets compliments when people see it and I tell who did. thanks SHAD
