There is a fine line between having confidence and being full of yourself and I believe this is crossing the line into egotistical. I would think this would be a big turn off to your romantic interests as well. Maybe it’s tattooed for a laugh. I wouldn’t waste such a prime territory of skin with this particular phrase.
