Cerney is California native who’s work you will find by the side of the road – literally. He refers to himself as a muralist although his days of painting on the side of buildings or walls are in the past. His original occupation was working as a portrait artist. His customers included celebrities such as John Candy and Wayne Gretsky. He now has his own description of his art form – giant cut out art. Visit his site to see  his work.
