Bert Grimm is a tattoo pioneer who first promoted his trade in 1904 at the World’s Fair. He went on to become a famous artist, owning various shops throughout his career, opening his first shop in 1016 in Chicago . Bert proclaimed himself the most famous tattoo artist in the world – which many agreed with.
