The sunshine state – Florida – lawmakers are currently considering passing a new bill that would require tattoo artists practicing their trade in the state to attend classes on good hygiene and blood diseases. A good idea. Reading the article you’d think Florida had almost no regulations on their tattoo industry. The new fill would also ban kids younger than 16-years-old from getting a tattoo. It would still allow 17 and 18 year olds to get tattoos but only with their parents’ consent. continue reading
