It was crazy enough when the trend was to paint your cat but now things are way over the top.  A newest rage is catching on in China – colorizing or dying and basically, giving the dog a makeover.  It’s already caught on in Korea and Japan.  I’m not talking just a makeover – they actually try to alter and change the dog’s entire appearance. Well talk about feeling foolish.  Talk about feeling like I’m losing it. I’ve never done a post about Brandon Bond. I’ve read about him. Do you ever wonder just how low our society can get?  How depraved some people’s actions can be?  I just learned about a sexual fetish that made me want to vomit.  The fetish is fed by videos called “Crush Videos”.  Now some aspects of this practice I don’t have a problem with.  Some of them involve only the crushing of inanimate objects.  But in others, women wearing stiletto heels will slowly and painfully impale or crush a small puppy or kitten or other small animal.  And people get off on watching these films.  Who are these people?  (continue reading…)

In a strange tale – a pet owner had a problem with her small border collie dog.  Whenever he was exposed to the sun for any length of time, he would get a sunburn on his nose.  Since the dog loved being outside, the pet owner brought it up on one of the dog’s visits to the vet.  (continue reading…)

I added Jay Wheeler to my Best Tattoo Sites today. Found some of his work in a magazine and recognized various pictures from mags I had read in the past but never took note of this artist. He is from Michigan and has been tattooing for over 16 years and has won all sorts of awards. Easy to understand – his portraits are awsome.
