Coffin Art

by on Sep.17, 2009, under Art, Goth

coffinsBlack Market Art has brought tattoo artists together with custom clothing for the past 5 years.Recently, they have expanded this concept by having artists paint coffin lids – not real lids but wooden cutouts in the shape of a coffin lid.  The artists have free range in their choice of media – including watercolors, oils, and airbrush. This creative idea evolved into an art show where limited edition prints of the art are available for purchase.  The prints are available in 3 foot and 6 foot sizes.  Click here to visit the site.

The most vital thing i think when having a tattoo done is to go to a good tattooist. It’s well worth spending some time finding out who is good and who isn’t and which place has a good reputation – it’s worth spending a few dollars more to have peace of mind that your ink is going to be good
