This artist is based in Texas and does some fine work – Johnny Jackson – I’ve added him to my artist directory – http://www.best-tattoo-sites.com. Most of the work I found for him consisted of vibrant colors. You can also see where he doesn’t do the bold black outline on a lot of his pieces. This gives it more of a painting like quality.
