In an unusual competition held in Budapest, Hungary, contestants showed off their plastic surgery in a beauty contest aptly names Miss Plastic Hungary 2009. One of the motivations was to promote plastic surgery and it’s benefits to a country that views breast implants and nose jobs with a leery attitude. The pageant was also held to display to the general populace that plastic surgery is not just for strippers seeking triple DD breast implants – (which reminded me of this 3d tattoo with breast implants). The Doctor behind the pageant was happy to report that although Hungary has been hit hard by the current economic climate, the demand for plastic surgery is on the rise. This little brainstorm of his will probably have his phone ringing off the hook.
